Merryhill is proud to officially announce we have been accepted on a new framework with The Aster Group. Aster is a housing association, working across the South and South West, managing over 30,000 homes.
Merryhill will be exclusively working with Aster’s Hampshire and Wiltshire offices.
The contract was awarded via a competitive tender process. Merryhill works on similar contracts for other housing providers and was well-placed to offer a quality solution to support Aster’s maintenance teams.
Our previous experience means we understand the importance of turning works around in a prompt and quality manner to avoid tenant inconvenience.
Merryhill will be offering both a licensed and non-licensed service to Aster, in addition to an emergency / out of hours facility.
We are really looking forward to working with Aster more closely over the coming months and forming a longstanding partnership with their teams, tenants and wider stakeholder groups.
