Coronavirus Response

Learn more about how Merryhill is adapting our working practices in response to the Coronavirus pandemic to keep our people, clients and the wider public safe.

Our Current Position

Merryhill Envirotec is committed to protecting our people in every way possible. Being a licensed asbestos removal contractor means we are used to mitigating risks wherever possible.

This has enabled us to react quickly and adapt our working practices in response to the Coronavirus pandemic. At all times, we have been lead by the guidance issued by Central Government, the NHS, the Construction Leadership Council and Public Health England.

At this moment in time (20th May 2020), Merryhill continues to operate and our teams are available to carry out asbestos removal projects as required. As a company, we have carried out risk assessments for both our office/yard and on-site works. These can be found below:

Office Risk Assessment

On-site / Yard Risk assessment (including working in other people’s homes)

Risk assessments will be monitored over the coming weeks to reflect the latest advice from Government. Based on the risk assessments and efforts we have made for both our office and site-based teams, we believe we have made the necessary changes to be designated ‘Covid-19 Secure‘.

If you require assistance

If you have a requirement for a project or require urgent assistance with an asbestos removal emergency then please get in contact with our team on 01794 515 848 or email [email protected]. We are still operating an out of hours emergency service if this is required.

Alternatively fill out a contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Information about asbestos can be found on our website and in our blog.

From the team at Merryhill, we wish you all the best and hope you and your families are staying safe at this time.
